We thank them for the generosity of allowing the free shots and microchips to be done in there store. However little to no organization was done on their part to mark where the lines were to be in the store. Also numbers of people in the store should have started at the door not wait till it was busting at the seams then make everyone go outside.
I would give this place 100 stars if I could. The customer service here is AMAZING and they always have what we need. I'd like to personally give a shout out to Katie (Delivery Team Member) who helped us find a product from a different store and delivered it to us very quickly!! I thought customer service was a thing of the past but I shop here because they're so awesome!!! Keep up the good work guys!
Bought a safe Black Friday
Didn’t have room to bring home so scheduled next day
It wound up getting sold
After a few days of stress Shannon located one at another store and got it delivered

The App kept correcting my address to the wrong address, even though I hit no. Did not receive dog food. I called the next day and they promised me a bag of treats as well as the dog food, and I never received the treats.i an very disappointed after spending so much money on next day delivery

Great store. Staff are super nice. Had everything I needed. This place ain't just for tractors. They have all sorts going on up in there. From automotive to farming to clothing and welding. And it's convenient location makes it an easy in and out.
They are stocked and ready for spring I must say!
My wife and I have been shopping at this location for over 5 years. The manager Daniel is the only reason we shop there. The customer service is beyond expectations. Friendly staff and always puts their customers first. Best Tractor Supply location I've ever been to. Keep up the great work.
